As Janet departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Janet may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Janet leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrill "Bugs" Moran Sr. and Hilda Shoemake Moran; and her siblings, Bobbie Williams and Larry Wilson. She is survived by: her husband Raymond DeSloover; her daughter Kelli Godfrey (York); her granddaughter Olivia Godfrey; and her family Janet.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar St Mark Catholic Church (608 W Main St, Richmond, KY 40475).
