She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rouse and Florence Carson Rouse; and her siblings, Benjamin Rouse Jr. (Teddy) and Beverly Rouse Axtell. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Kelly of Peoria, AZ, Stephen Kelly (Judy) of Saucier, MS and Jeffrey Jamieson (Terri) of Columbiana, OH. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
