She was predeceased by: her parents, David Alexander and Exer Alexander; her husband Mack Gaines; her grandson Michael Bond; her son-in-law Delma Bond; and her siblings, Noah Alexander, Thirl Alexander, Franklin Alexander, Floyd Alexander, Otto Alexander, Charles Alexander, Daphney Tubbs, Ila Ingle and Amy Gaines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Bond of Saucier and Wanda Melvin (Joe) of Gulfport; and her grandchildren, Chris Bond of Saucier, Blake Melvin (Samantha) of Gulfport, Ginger Hobbs of Georgetown, TX and Melissa McDaniel of Montgomery, AL.. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Saucier Cemetery. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 1:45 PM at the same location.
