He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Benjamin Kelly, Sr. and Mary Eilene Gowan Kelly; his wife Marion Rita Kelly; his daughter Frances Elizabeth Kelly; and his siblings, Clyde Kelly, Archie Kelly, Hulon Ray Kelly, Guy Kelly, Jr. and Dianne Gonzales.
He is survived by: his children, Veronica, Craig Tracy, Charles Ray Kelly, Jr., Juanita Kelly and Lori Redmond; his sister Louise Harrison; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Gross and Sarah Hilburn; his sister Liz; and his brother-in-law Lamar Jones. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; numerous great great grandchildren.
