He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his stepson Jeremy Patrick (Hollie); his stepgrandsons, Hunter Patrick and Jeremy Patrick, Jr.; his siblings, Dennis Cameron (Kerry), Jackie Neal (Royce) and Kathy Holley (Dwayne); his aunt Gloria; and his uncle Bobby Menna. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
