He was predeceased by: his parents, Estern Havis Sr. and Thelma Thibodaux Chapman; and his siblings, Cicil Ray and Edwina Chatman. He is survived by: his children, Charity Trosclair (Michael) of Houma, LA, Tessa Giroir (Brady) of Houma, LA and Andrew Earl Havis Jr. (Christy) of Saucier; his stepchildren, Shawn Meier and Amber Herbert; and his siblings, Roger Havis, Christopher Chapman, Juanita Cunningham of Houma, LA, Nathaniel Havis and Gerald Havis. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one step-granddaughter.
