He is survived by: his parent Carol Lynn Wootten Patrick; his daughters, Mary Patrick of Memphis, TN, Emily Patrick of Colorado Springs, CO and Megan Patrick of San Diego, CA; his parent Marty Patrick (Darlene) of Sardis, MS; his sisters, Carol Ragon of Courtland, MS, Louise Green of Moultrie, GA, Sarah Toliver of Sardis, MS and Jessica Brasher of San Antonio, TX; and his grandparents, C. B. Patrick, Jr. of Sardis, MS and Elsie Jean Wootten of Batesville, MS.
