He is survived by: his wife Donna Barber Blackwell of Sarah, MS; his children, Bryan Blackwell (Hope) of Senatobia, MS, Chris Blackwell (Britney) of Tupelo, MS, Richard Blaine (Shawnda) of Senatobia, MS and Amanda McCarver (Shaun) of Sarah, MS; and his siblings, Daniel Blackwell (Vicki) of Clarksdale, MS, Joey Blackwell (Vickie) of Jasper, AL and Melinda Stevens (Larry) of Holly Springs, MS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
