He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley O'Neal; and his siblings, Eva Brewer, Leroy O'Neal and Donald O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Cindy O'Neal, Sherry Conklin, Shelia Sinquefield (Jeff) and James O'Neal; and his wife Grice Webb Trucking. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
