She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney Red; her children, Alice Shirley (Brooks) and Gary Lee Red; her parents, A. P. Yount and Olie Yount; her siblings, Gladys Shields (Gene) and Cecil "Buddy" Yount; and her brother-in-law Wayne O'Neal.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Gant (Jack) of Sarah, MS; her siblings, Margaret Verrell of Hernando, MS, Patricia O'Neal of Senatobia, MS and Jackey Yount (Teresa) of Sarah, MS; her grandchildren, April Gant (Stanley) and Chris Gant (Andrea); and her great grandchildren, Jenni, Kristy, Cameron, Colton, Makenzie, Jacob, Rylan, Maeli and Knox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
