She was predeceased by: her parent Grace Mayo; and her brothers, Jesse Mayo and Richard Mayo. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Diane Stinson (Mark) of Barlow, KY, Amy Lynn Cummins (Chuck) of Sarah, MS and Charles Edward Cook, Jr. (Heather) of Sarah, MS; and her sisters, Faye Lewallen (James) of Longtown, MS and Jewell Robertson (PeeWee) of Crenshaw, MS. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 4 stepchildren; 4 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
