He is survived by: his wife Sarah Hall Sappington; his daughter Cendy Sappington Walker; his grandsons, Dustin Bagwell and Austin Walker; his sisters, Dorothy Cunningham and Barbara Martin; and his cousins, Barry Robbins and Sherri Robbins.
