He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Ruth May and Robert Cecil Goodwin; and his siblings, Dorothy Vaughn, Betty Logue, Albert Goodwin, Bob Goodwin and Skip Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Goodwin of Sarah, MS; and his children, Maribeth Cook of Sarah, MS, Christy Hudson of Batesville, MS, Ronnie Goodwin of Batesville, MS and Kevin Goodwin of Senatobia, MS. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
