He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Barlow of Crenshaw, MS and Billy Barlow, Jr. (Nikki) of Sarah, MS; and his siblings, Bonnie Brawn of Florida, Peggy Wells of Senatobia, MS, Sammy Barlow of Independence, MS and Henry Barlow of Tunica, MS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
