He is survived by: his children, George Ervin (Ashley), Tommy Ervin (Dianne), Andy Ervin, Leisa Brown (Neil) and Teresa Berberich; his grandchildren, Ashley Ervin, Chrissy Crain (Shane), Jeromey Prine, Scotty Prine, Laken Hilburn, Carmen Powell (Dillon), Toni Whitmore (Bo), D. J. Ervin, Samantha Koepp, Crystal Prine and Matt Hilburn; his siblings, Charles Ervin (Carolyne), Jimmy Dale Ervin, Renet Tullos (Larry) and Peggy Fortenberry (Louie); and the mother of his children Georgia Ervin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
