He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jan Ballard; his children, Cheryl Marsh, Thomas Mitchell, Jennifer Mitchell and Haleigh Dixon; and his friend Jesse. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many family members and friends.
