He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessie Kelly and Reuben Kelly; his daughter Rebecca Hutson; and his siblings, Jabus Kelly and Mavus Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kelly; and his children, Roger Kelly (Lesa), Ricky Kelly (Carol), Joshua Kelly (Kristin) and Melissa McNair (Bradley). He is also survived by three stepdaughters; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four step grandchildren; and eight step great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
