She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Claude, Verna Cole, Willard and Merlie Thomas; and her uncle Danny Dannon Cole.

She is survived by: her husband Jason Graham; her daughters, Anna Catherine Miller (Colby) and Cassidy Merle Graham; her parents, Terry Thomas and Judy Thomas; her sister Vanessa David (Ben); her aunts, Lazette Everett (Jack) and Debbie Cole; her uncle Sammy Thomas (Linda); and her nephews, Wyatt David and Will David. She is also survived by friends, and coworkers.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in Heather's honor to the Andrew McBeath Scholarship Fund via the American Quarter Horse Association.
