It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia R. Ervin of Sandy Hook, Mississippi, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rayford Ashley and Irma Bell Ashley; her brother Thomas Ashley; her grandchild Andria Prine; and her cousin Joy Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Leisa Brown (Neil), George Ervin (Ashley), Tommy Ervin (Dianne) and Andy Ervin; her grandchildren, Chrissy Crain (Shane), Laken Hilburn (Matt), Ashley Savage (Johnny), Toni Whittemore (Bo), Damian Ervin, Jeromey Prine (Crystal), Scotty Prine (Jessica), Carmen Powell (Dillon) and Samantha Koepp; her great grandchildren, Gage Hilburn, Kolt Hilburn, Presley Crain, Kason Crain, Madison Prine, Noah Powell, Braxton Prine, Caidyn Deal, Carter Deal, Andrew Ervin, Tristan Hendricks and Brady Ervin; her niece Terry MacCord (Woody); her nephew Tommy Ashley; her friend Gaynell Lingle; and her pet Tater.
