He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Jones; and his parents, Henry Jones and Inez Duncan Jones. He is survived by: his children, Angela Rayburn (Shane) of Columbia, James Christopher Jones (Julie) of Columbia and Jason Craig Jones (Melissa) of Sumrall, MS; his siblings, Charlotte McCain of Foxworth, MS, Evelyn Langford (Carl) of Jackson, MS, Regina McDaniel (Jimmy) of Jackson, MS, Bill Jones (Beverly) of Brookhaven, MS and Everette Jones (Pam) of Sandy Hook; his grandchildren, Cassady Jones, Caden Jones, Kyle Smith, Kaleb Jones, Kristopher Kennedy and Kristin Smith; and his great grandchild Addison Smith.
