He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Loper and William Loper; his stepson Justin Ray Bennett; and his father-in-law Billy Ray Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Jenkins Loper; his stepson Daniel Bennett (Lacey); his grandsons, Lachlan and Callaway Bennett; his mother-in-law Wilma Jenkins; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Jenkins Smith and Billie Sue Jenkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
