He is survived by: his wife Mary Ainsworth; his children, Stephen Ainsworth (Kay) and Jennifer Musgrave; his grandchildren, Holly Ishee, Jessica Rowell and Jonathan Musgrave; his great grandchildren, Hunter Monk, Luke Ishee, Logan and Payton Rowell; his sisters, Jean Matthews, Ann Warren, Cathy Godwin (Michael) and Sandra Ainsworth; and his sister-in-law Shirley Ainsworth. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
