He is survived by: his wife Donna Freeman; his sons, Michael Freeman (Leslie) and Haywood Freeman (Janna); his grandchildren, Carson Freeman, Brayleigh Freeman, Trace Freeman, Gracyn Freeman, Brooklyn Freeman and Riley Haney; and his sister Allene Laton of Richton.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to St. Jude.
