With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie Jo Wilde (Saltillo, Mississippi), born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Wilde; her daughter Cynthia Bond; and her sisters, Patricia Johnston, Lois Hensley, Jamie Lou Partenheimer and Naomi Sams.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Griffin, Mark Wilde of Saltillo and Freddie Wilde (Patty) of Saltillo; her siblings, Lula Belle (Jim), Sarah Faye Ledbetter (Buddy), Merritt Lee Sprinkle (Tama) and James Sprinkle (Sandy); and also, Wilde Church and Bull Creek Church. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
