He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norman and Pearl Inez Earley Boykin; his son Bill Norman; his siblings, Becky Pannell, Allene Contraras and James Boykin; his brothers-in-law, Morris Fulgham and Joe Higginbotham; and his son-in-law Marty Self.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Dykes (Jim), Mary Self and Annette Pritchard (Ron); his siblings, Shirley Higginbotham, Edna Fulgham, John Boykin (Cathy) and Charles Pannell; and the mother of his children Lottie Norman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
