She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Dennis Hutcherson and Sarah Harmon Phillips of Virginia; her stepfather Quinnon Phillips; her brother Dennis Hutcherson; and her son-in-law William Lowry Dozier, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughters, Tasha Wilburn Dossett (Rudy, III) of Tupelo and Lacee Wilburn Hall (Chris) of Saltillo; her grandchildren, Madison Hall, Rosalyn Hall, Tyler Dossett (Ashleigh), Hayes Dossett and Claude Dossett; and her great grandchild Judah Franklyn Dossett.
