He was predeceased by: his parent Dorris O. Gregory; and his brother David Gregory. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Irene Johnson Gregory of Saltillo; and his cousins, Nancy Tucker of Pontotoc, Barbara McCarty of Brewer Community, Martha Bailey (Jerry) of Verona and Obey Newcomb (Patricia) of Fulton.
