He was predeceased by: his father Thomas A. "Buddy" McCaleb. He is survived by: his sons, Josh and Zack McCaleb; his mother Dorothy J. "Dot" McCaleb; and his siblings, Debra Wilemon (Dan), Kathy Bennett (Gerald) and Dr. Mickey McCaleb (Kristie). He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
