It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Brown of Saltillo, Mississippi, born in Mountain City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 4, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Millard Joe. He is survived by: his mother Edith Ann Spencer Brown of Lansing; his children, Nicole Rene Brown of Long Beach, MS and Ryan Spencer Brown of Saltillo, MS; and his sister Anita Gail Poplin of Lansing.
