She is survived by: her husband Billy Wayne Owen; her children, Bill Owen (Sara), Terese Dabbs (Steve) and Scott Owen; her grandchildren, Josh Dabbs (Jessica), Cole Dabbs (Alexa), Acy Owen, Jarret Owen, Bishop Owen and Harper Owen; her great grandchild Grayson Dabbs; and her siblings, Hubert Earl Scott, Jo Johnson and Peggy Byrd.
