We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2022, at the age of 43, Joni Salinas-Aguilar of Saltillo, Mississippi, born in Tupelo, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Merchant and Barbara Gilmore Merchant; and her husband Pedro Aguilar. She is survived by: her children, Roman Salinas (Madison) of Bruce, Cadillac Aguilar, Tequila Aguilar and Blanco Salinas; and her brothers, Matt Merchant (Kimberly) of Nettleton and Jimbo Merchant. She is also survived by several cousins and other relatives.
