He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Sandlin and Mary Sandlin; and his brother Bobby Sandlin. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Rice (Hugh), Mary Grace Hall (Scotty) and Justin Sandlin of Saltillo; his grandchildren, Issac Hall of Saltillo, Will Rice of Saltillo, Hannah Rice of Saltillo, Jesslyn Sandlin of Saltillo, Derik Sandlin of Saltillo and Axl Sandlin of Saltillo; and his brother Sammy Sandlin of Saltillo.
