He was predeceased by: his parents, John David and Minnie Wilma Bradley Watson; his wife Carolyn Watson; his son John Andrew Watson; his siblings, Charles Watson, David Watson, Ruby Dickens, Sarah Tramel and Pattie Tramel; and his son-in-law Bart Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Carter of Saltillo, Lexie Watson (Brenda) of Foley, MO and Sandra Wiseman (Robert) of Foley, MO; his daughter-in-law Donna Smith of Foley, MO; and his grandchildren, Calvin Shirley, Rebecca Shirley, John Wiseman, Rosie Kincade, Samantha Wiseman, Nicole Watson, Billy Smith and Chantel Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
