He was predeceased by: his parents, Swift Houston and Maudie Houston; and his brother Jerry Houston. He is survived by: his wife Mary Houston; his son Don Houston (Jan) of Saltillo; and his great grandchildren, Caleb and Shelby Parker. He is also survived by married the love of his life, Mary E. "Tink" Mears, 66 years ago and together they were blessed with one son, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
