He was predeceased by: his parents, B. L. Phillips, Sr. and Jewel Whitten Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lackey of Saltillo, Brad Lackey of Guntown, Sherry Lackey of Amory and Kay Potts of Plantersville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kimmie, Jessica, Chloe, Addison and Sarah Caroline; and his siblings, Dianne Wigginton (John) of Saltillo, Judy McGaugh (Johnny) of Saltillo, June Lyle (Butch) of Saltillo, B. L and Bobby Phillips (Linda) of Tupelo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and other near relatives.
