He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kemp of Brandon; his daughter Karen Hall (David) of Brandon; his grandchildren, Abigail Hall and Seth Hall; his brother Tommy Kemp (Patti); and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Rogers of Brandon and Raymond Anglin.
