He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gooszen and May Gooszen; his wife Frances Gooszen; his daughter Ann Marie Gooszen; and his sister Catherine Benjamin.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Weatherford (Greg) of Tupelo, Christian Gooszen of Ft. Worth, Marybeth Kelly of Shannon and Michael Gooszen (Laura) of Shreveport, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Bradley Weatherford (Samantha) of Belden, Jason Weatherford (Corrie) of Madison, Alexander Weatherford of Memphis, Tenn, Brianna Weatherford of Tampa, Barry Kelly (Connie) of Mooreville, Brandon Kelly of Shannon, John Michael Gooszen of Shreveport and Patrick Gooszen of Shreveport. He is also survived by 12 great-grand children; and many nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
