He is survived by: his wife Gloria Miles Parker of Saltillo; his daughters, Paula Russell (Marc) of Unity and Deanna Parker (Brian Copeland) of Blackland; his grandson Blake Russell of Unity; and his brother Robert Parker (Linda) of Saltillo.
