He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Loden and Leslie Loden of Mooreville; his son David Lane Loden; and his siblings, Nim Roy Loden, James Gregory Loden, Ben Loden, Bill Loden and Vivian Jane Christian.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Sumners Loden; his children, Jon Keith Loden of Saltillo and Kim Loden Cappleman (Chris); his granddaughters, Beth of Saltillo and Megan Cappleman of Saltillo; and his sister-in-law Libby Stafford of Cyrstal Springs. He is also survived by brother-in-law.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pegues Funeral Directors - Tupelo (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dorsey Baptist Church (409 Fawn Grove Rd, Mantachie, MS 38855).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dorsey Baptist Church.
