He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby, David, Tommy, Jewel and Faye.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Hurst of Saltillo; his daughters, Lynn West (David) of Mantachie, Stephanie Blaydes (Peter) of Apopka and Gann of Plantersville; his stepdaughter Kaye Dill (Preston) of Tupelo; his siblings, Horace Hurst of Valdosta, GA, Carol Sue Cubino of Hahira, GA, Joyce Cantrell (Buddy) of Hahira, GA, Mary Alice Spriggs of Valdosta, GA and Diane Roberson of Valdosta, GA; his grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Gabby West, Joel West, Ben West, Wayne Huffman, Hope Huffman, Alyse Dill, Sylas Dill, Lane West, Dustin Strickland and Daniel Strickland; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Case, Avery, Braxton, Rylee, Carlee, Paxton, Elliana, Talon, Sarah-Lynn and Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
