He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Homer Clay and Flossie Ann Strickland Stacks; his parents-in-law, James Cecil and Mary Catherine McCollum Bass; his grandchildren, Jaqueline Stacks and Kevin Stacks; and his siblings, Raymond Gerald Stacks, Earline Stacks Epperson and Freda Stacks Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Bass Stacks of Saltillo; his children, Kimberly Miles (Michael) of Horn Lake, Timothy Stacks of Saltillo, Christopher Stacks (Rachel) of Saltillo, Tracy Darnell (Christopher) of Tupelo and Lexi Stacks (Javarion Estes) of Saltillo; and his sister Earnestine Stacks White of Heber Springs, AR. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren and many close friends.
