He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fox and Marguerite Fox; his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Edward, Warren, Kathleen and Arlene.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Gray (Mike) of Saltillo, MS and Jean Jaggers (Craig) of Pontotoc, MS.; his grandchildren, Zachary Gray and Sheena Smith; and his great grandchildren, Emma Smith, Leah Smith and Zachary Paul Gray, Jr..
