He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pack; his children, Cherie Thedford (Ron) of Tremont and Patrick Pack (Dannielle) of Canton, Ohio; and his sisters, Phyllis Cassidy of Lynchburg, VA. and Ruth Ann Dixon of Florida. He is also survived by Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
