He is survived by: his daughter Savannah Burk of Saltillo; his sister Sunny Burk Marshall (Andrew); and his stepsiblings, Shelia Potts, Mandy Peoples, Keith Potts (Rhonda) and Randy Potts (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
