He is survived by: his mother Mary Chancey; his sisters, Rochelle Flatt (Paul) and Jackie Jones (Earl); his nephews, Jace Flatt, Thomas Jones (Camille) and Stephen Jones (Kaitlyn); his great-nephew Donavon; his great-niece Ellie; his pet Annie; and his caregivers, Hannah, Katie, Megan and Bro. Clayton.
