He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Parker and Mary Parker Grissom; his stepfather Dallas Odell Grissom; and his siblings, Patsy Parker Sparks, Nita Mann, Wilma Beasley and James Roy Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Parker of Saltillo; his sons, Ricky Underwood of Saltillo and Steve Underwood (Sherri) of Hernando; his cousin Joe Parker; and his niece Mary Morrison (Tommy) of Baldwyn. He is also survived by grandchildren; (6) great-grandchildren; host of other nieces and nephews.
