He is survived by: his wife Brenda G. Johnson of Saltillo; his sister Bette Bock of Kenton, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Joseph Michael Johnson of San Antonio and Kyra Tomlin (Isaac) of Peppertown, Mississippi.
