Juliet, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Issac Ray Worthey, Elijah Dalton Hawkins of Saltillo, Lily Ruth Frederick and Lochlan Manuel Frederick of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee; and his siblings, Linda Ethridge of Saltillo, Patsy Henry of Saltillo, Peggy Irvin (Mike) of Saltillo, Debbie Thomas (Eddie) of Saltillo, Gerald Henry (Yogi) of Saltillo and Jerry Henry (Zina) of Saltillo.
