She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Rice, Sr. (Jim); her parents, Rebecca Sheffield and Joe E. Curry; her brothers, Ellis Curry and Hollis Curry; her son Jim Rice, Jr.; and her grandson Dalton Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Rice (Amy Thomas) of Saltillo and Jerae Rice Carlson (Tim) of Missouri City, TX; her grandchildren, Grant Carlson, Rebecca Carlson, Cameron Carlson and Austin Burton (Kimberly); her great grandchildren, Forrest Burton and Olivia Burton; her sisters-in-law, Jenny Curry Stephens and Libby Curry; her nephew Matthew Curry; and her great-niece Kimber Lee Curry. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
