She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Sanders and Rosemary Cagle Sanders; and her siblings, Jim, George, Betty and Susan.

She is survived by: her husband Charles "Cracker" Dalton; her sons, Lance Dalton (Candace) and Lynn Dalton (Ginger); her sisters, Linda Crouse, Sarah Gibbs and Rosemary Tharp; and her grandsons, Davis and Lance.
